INFORM Stock Control & Dispensing
INFORM Stock Control is a new feature in the Inform solution to support Sexual Health Services in efficiently managing their stock and to safely issue supplies.
Managing stock & reducing waste
Inform Stock Control gives you the ability to efficiently manage your supplies and minimise waste.
The simple to use tools give you the ability to manage your own stock across multiple sites and storage locations.
Optional bar coding technology allows stock to be checked in and out of different locations and provides services with a safety net when dispensing supplies to their patients.
Inform Stock Control provides alerts to stock levels that are diminishing and to stock that is approaching or past it's expiry date. Inform also provides tools to handle wasted stock and product recalls as well as a "Stock Check" tool which includes discrepancy reporting.
Safe dispensing
Role based security and privileges linked to staff competency allow Inform to support the most cost effective service delivery procedures while ensuring patient safety. Where supplies are prescribed by a Healthcare Professional Inform is able to direct patients to vending machines to collect their authorised products and for more controlled drugs Inform can enforce local procedures in order to ensure only the competent and authorised staff can supply these products.

Stock Control allows services to configure a local stock list and has tools to support your service to manage deliveries, issue supplies, record waste, deal with recalled products, perform your stock checks, control movement and storage of products and bar coding to increase efficiency and safety.
