We provide a range of technology solutions for healthcare. As well as INFORM
for sexual health, we provide Fast-flow patient check-in systems for hospitals along with demographic checks
to reduce appointment DNAs (Did Not Attends).
Another example of our work is Self care education software and information prescriptions. Thousands of patients with long term conditions use this highly accessible service via a wide range of media, designed to keep them out of crisis care.
Across all our products and services, our absolute focus is on helping healthcare organisations to meet the challenges of the next few years, principally: making their available budgets go further through increased productivity, improving the quality and efficiency of services they provide, making sure the public uses these services appropriately promoting and enabling “patient self-service” to reduce pressure on providers.
Company Background
Intouch’s very first product, launched at a conference many years ago,
was a touch-screen kiosk with a small selection of health information, not even using the internet! How primitive it
seems looking back. We have been active in healthcare communications for 10 years now and have a huge amount of experience
to share. But that’s not to say we rest on our laurels - the rapid development of communication technology in recent years
is something we have worked hard to embrace so that we can help our clients to be at the forefront of innovation in the
health arena.
